Transparency questions

Common questions about the records and reporting published on this page.

Why are some figures shown as N/A?

N/A is used where a campaign value, reporting period or verified outcome has not yet been finalised. The Foundation does not publish estimated figures as confirmed results.

How are programme results verified?

Results are checked against the records relevant to each programme. These may include attendance logs, school records, coaching records, event results, financial records, photographs and programme reports.

How often is this page updated?

Legal and registration records are updated when a current document changes. Financial records are published by financial year. Programme, campaign and impact information is updated according to its stated reporting period.

Can additional records be requested?

Questions about published records, programme reporting, governance or financial information can be submitted through the Foundation’s contact route. Some records may be shared only with authorised parties where confidentiality, privacy or legal restrictions apply.

How are restricted contributions reported?

Contributions connected to a defined programme, campaign, athlete need or event are recorded against that scope where the Foundation has agreed to manage them as restricted support. Reporting reflects the approved purpose, expenditure and delivery period.
