• Learn about Surfing Swami Foundation, its programmes, athletes, events and activities.
• Read reports, updates, policies and other published information.
• Contact the Foundation about donations, partnerships, sponsorships, volunteering, programmes, events or general enquiries.
• Share publicly available website content in the manner described in these terms.

You must use the website lawfully and responsibly.

2. Prohibited misuse

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems, accounts or stored information.
• Introduce viruses, harmful code, automated attacks or other material that may damage or disrupt the website.
• Use the website to send false, misleading, abusive, unlawful or fraudulent information.

4. Programme, event and athlete information

Programme plans, event details, athlete profiles, schedules, results, participation information and support requirements may change.

A planned programme outcome is not the same as a completed result. Where relevant, the website may identify whether work is being planned, prepared, implemented, completed or reported.

Event dates, venues, categories, partners and participation requirements should be confirmed through the relevant event page, official event website or direct communication from the Foundation before travel, registration or other commitments are made.

Athlete information is published for legitimate Foundation purposes and, where required, with appropriate consent. It must not be reused in a misleading, exploitative or harmful manner.

5. Donations, sponsorships and partnership enquiries

Information submitted through a donation, sponsorship, CSR or partnership enquiry does not by itself create an agreement, commitment or partnership.

Any formal arrangement will depend on further discussion and, where necessary, a written proposal, agreement, scope, budget or confirmation from an authorised representative of the Foundation.

Donations and payment-related matters are also subject to the Foundation’s Donation and Refund Policy .

Nothing on the website should be understood as a guarantee of tax treatment, sponsorship benefits, programme outcomes, event delivery or partnership approval unless it is expressly confirmed in writing.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original text, design, graphics, photographs, videos, documents, logos and other materials belong to Surfing Swami Foundation or are used with permission.

You may:

• View and download publicly available material for personal and non-commercial reference.
• Share links to public website pages.
• Quote short extracts with clear credit to Surfing Swami Foundation and a link to the original page.

You may not reproduce, sell, modify, republish, commercially exploit or present substantial website content as your own without prior written permission.

The Foundation’s name, logo and event identities must not be used in a way that suggests an official partnership, endorsement or affiliation without approval.

When you submit information through a form, email or other website feature, you confirm that:
